Free tool (Snapseed): use the Selective tool to tap the face area and add +15 Brightness and +10 Structure separately from the garment -- this prevents the face from going dark when you deepen the black fabric.

Avoid over-brightening the lace -- a perfectly exposed face against a slightly underexposed black garment is the correct ratio. Do not try to lift both to the same exposure level; black fabric that reads as charcoal has lost its editorial quality.
